【乡村振兴】“蒜”出好日子 太平乡蒜农“一片田三收钱”

人误地一时，地误人一年，农忙不等人！来到太平乡千亩紫皮蒜大田种植基地，紫皮蒜的收割工作已经完成，开始投入到生产和加工阶段，田地里的白菜栽种机正忙碌着，十几名工人也在地里穿梭，培土的、埋管的、施肥的……俨然一幅农忙耕种图！

负责人宫小朋介绍说，紫皮蒜一般在清明节前后栽种，6月就能收获蒜薹，7月中旬起蒜后栽种大白菜，再到10月中旬收获，采用“采摘+订单+零售”的销售方式，实现了“一年两茬田，两茬三收钱，亩增一万元”的致富目标。

据悉，今年太平乡全乡范围内广泛推行庭院种植的基础上，通过与突泉县金农农业机械化种植合作社合作，联合打造了千亩紫皮蒜大田种植基地，实现了耕作机械化、服务专业化、销售多元化、产品多样化，致力通过示范种植和技术指导，引导农户种植紫皮蒜，推进“蒜经济”在太平乡域内“落地安家”。

群众的创收渠道远不止如此，在土地流转方面，采用“政府+合作社+农户”的方式为农户增收提供“新路径”；在就地务工方面，农户可在农闲时参与到紫皮蒜生产加工过程中，为农户就业开拓“新渠道”；在利益联结方面，采取代耕代种、统购统销的模式，推动合作社与农户建立利益联结机制，为农户致富加码“新收入”。
