蒜农的“卖与等”，藏着多少难念的经？

眼下正值大蒜入库的活跃期，老百姓的卖蒜心态如何？蒜卖的咋样了？

带着这些疑问，国际大蒜贸易网调研组的工作人员深入金乡、菏泽蒜区进行实地探访，直击蒜农卖蒜百态。

在金乡马庙镇江楼村的街巷里，多数人家门口都堆着成袋的大蒜，太空蒜、白蒜、红蒜杂陈其间。

调研组挨户打听才知道，村里大蒜最近卖了一半左右，有人咬着牙出货了：2.45元的价格，虽不算满意但也落了袋。更多人却摇着头摆手，“2.40到2.50元？不够本！”一位蹲在蒜堆旁的大哥扒拉着自家大蒜说，“去年红蒜我3.50元都卖亏了，今年这价格太瓤，2.30元想都别想，2.40元也不认！”他指了指身旁的太空蒜，“这品种，怎么也得盼到3.0元才甘心。”大哥话音刚落，旁边的大婶接话：“现在正是大量入库的时候，俺还有时间耗，卖了怕明天就涨，不卖又怕掉价，心里没底，只能晚几天再看看。”

金乡羊山镇王小山村大规格的蒜几乎都没卖，总体货量下去还没有一半，鲜蒜早前卖到2.30多元，如今干蒜2.40多元的报价，大家直摇头：“成本太高，这不赚钱啊！”最近收蒜的商贩比前几天多了不少，可蒜农们谁也不肯松口，愿意卖的早就卖了，剩下的都憋着劲等涨价。

只是这份坚持里藏着隐忧：“现在多雨高温，就怕蒜存不住，”一位大爷指着堆在家门口的蒜袋，“真要是晒坏、捂坏了，更卖不上价。”调研组发现，今年这里的卖蒜进度比往年慢了不少，家家户户的蒜堆里弥漫着惜售的情绪。

当调研组驱车来到巨野县陶庙镇，通过和当地蒜农交流得知镇里主要种植的是太空蒜和大青稞，卖干蒜2.34-2.35元居多，蒜农们提起成本就叹气：“化肥贵、蒜种也贵，这太空蒜和杂交蒜，剩得不多了，卖这点钱也就够个本。”
