这5类人最好不要吃生大蒜，伤肝胆、损气血

大蒜古称“葫”，许多本草著作中记载了过食生大蒜的危害。

《证类本草》就曾记载，蒜“食多白发早……多食生蒜伤肝气，令人面无颜色。四、八月勿食生蒜，伤人神，损胆气。”

大蒜虽然是常用食材，但是由于偏性太过，不宜食用人群亦广。

根据大蒜的偏性，以下几种人群谨慎食用生大蒜：

肝病患者

中医认为，肝脏为阴之体，若肝脏有病，多为肝阴受损，此时如果再多食辛热发散的生大蒜，更伤肝阴，对于肝病患者无异于雪上加霜，故宜忌之。

眼病患者

中医认为，肝开窍于目，如果出现畏光羞明、迎风流泪、视物模糊等症状，亦为肝阴不足、肝血受损，生大蒜辛热发散，当慎食之。

脾胃虚弱者

生大蒜会刺激胃肠黏膜，如果在腹泻时吃大蒜，会使胃肠道黏膜充血、水肿加重，加重病情。

肺病患者

肺为娇脏，喜润恶燥。肺阴不足之干咳久咳，或痰热壅肺之咯吐黄绿浓痰者，食生大蒜会加重病情，故应慎食。

气血虚弱者

生大蒜辛热发散，气血虚弱者不宜食，年久重病者气血更虚，亦当慎食。
