巴西更新进口我国大蒜的植物检疫要求

近日，巴西农业与畜牧业部对进口我国大蒜鳞球茎的植物检疫要求进行更新，要求如下：

植物检疫证书1、大蒜鳞茎货物必须附有我国国家植物保护组织签发的植物检疫证书。
2、植物检疫证书的附加声明中必须注明未发现葱地种蝇Delia antiqua。

进口检验检疫
货物在进境时必须接受检验检疫，由巴西官方实验室或农业和畜牧业部认可的实验室进行检验。取样和检测的费用由相关方承担

截获有害生物的处置
如截获检疫性有害生物或对巴西具有潜在检疫意义的有害生物，货物将被销毁或退回，并通知我国的国家植物保护组织。
若发生上述情况巴西将停止进口我国大蒜，直到相关有害生物的风险得到审查。

若货物不符合要求，则不予准许进境。

目前该条例还未正式生效，将于公布之日起开始实施。
