大蒜素的作用和副作用

大蒜素是大蒜中含有的重要营养成分，它在提纯以后可以制成胶囊或者滴丸供人们服用，对人类身体大有好处。那么大蒜素有什么功效作用呢？平时人们服用大蒜素会不会有副作用出现呢？

　大蒜素的作用
　　1、抗菌消炎
　　大蒜素是一种能抗菌消炎的重要物质，它能消灭人体内的多种真菌和球菌以及敏感菌，平时它可以用于人类肠炎：胃炎以及咽喉炎还有气管炎等多种炎症的预防与治疗，功效特别出色。不过大蒜素与空气中氧气接触以后会被大量氧化，灭菌功效明显下降，所以平时在切大蒜时，一定要尽量避免它与空气接触。
　　2、缓解人类头痛
　　大蒜素不但是植物抗生素，它还能缓解人类的鼻塞，也能预防人类头痛发生，平时生活中人们出现鼻塞时就会伴有头痛，这时可以把大蒜素与阿魏粉相结合，一起滴入到鼻孔中，十分以后头痛的症状就能明显减轻，另外人们平时出现头痛以后还可以直接把适量的大蒜素直接涂抹在太阳穴上，也能让疼痛症状好转。
　　3、预防结核病
　　大蒜素对人类的结核病也有很好的治疗作用，它不但可以抑制人体内流感病毒和胃肠道疾病病毒的活性，还能抑制结核病病毒的活性，能预防结核病发生。平时人们不小心得了结核病以后还可以用大蒜素进行雾化治疗，能让结核病引起的咳嗽和咳血等不良症状很快减轻。

　　大蒜素的副作用
　　大蒜素对人类有胃黏膜有明显的刺激作用，平时不能过量食用，不然会引发胃痛或者胃溃疡，这也是人们吃大蒜素的常见副作用。另外大蒜素性质人们过量食用以后还会诱发上火，这也是人们食用大蒜素时不可忽略的副作用。
