山东巨野：35万亩大蒜收获仓储忙

       山东省巨野县田桥镇的蒜农，田地里忙着收蒜,将一头头新蒜从地里挖出,一车车的大蒜通过货车运往全国各地的大型商超,成为了一道道靓丽的风景线。而在几年前,大蒜到了“蒜你狠”的价位,大批蒜农扩大种植规模,造成了市场供大于求的现象,价格一直处于低价运行状态,不少蒜农的生存受到了挑战,“回想5年前,那时候因为价格高都开始种蒜,质量参差不齐,市场价格更是一落千丈,别说回本了,一亩地得亏了1000多块。”回想到几年前,种植大蒜的农户们也是五味杂陈。

     谈起今年大蒜价格上涨的原因，“今年大蒜价格不是最高值。2016年的大蒜存量过低，再加上2017年大蒜减产，所以2017年的蒜价暴涨暴跌。一直到2019年，价格回温。2020年到2022年，蒜农种蒜面积增大，供大于求，价格降低，所以蒜农连续两三年亏损。今年种植面积减少，再加上天气原因导致减产，总供应量是减少的，所以今年价格就上去了。”“目前受影响最大的主要是蒜农，蒜农收益增大，前两年有亏损，今年能看到利润了。蒜农的脸上也都笑开了花。

   下一步，当地还将因地制宜积极引导农民进行产业结构调整，鼓励和扶持民众发展大蒜种植，把大蒜种植做成大产业，拨动农民增收致富的“金蒜盘”

    山东省巨野县近年来，建立高标准大蒜种植基地35万亩，建设大蒜仓储冷库500余座，大蒜已成为助力当地农民致富的主要特色产业。
