保存大蒜，记住不要放冰箱！教你3招，放一年不发芽不干瘪

我家大蒜放了整整一年，到现在还是硬邦邦的，一颗都没坏！

很多人觉得不可能，大蒜不是很容易发芽变软吗，尤其现在这个季节，新蒜刚下来，老蒜还没用完，一不小心就全坏了。

其实啊，你们一直在用错方法。

大蒜最怕什么，湿气！很多人图省事，买回来直接扔冰箱，这不是保鲜，这是在催它发芽呢，冰箱里温度低，湿度又高，老蒜进去没几天就开始发软发黑，新蒜也撑不了多久。

我婆婆去年教我几招，到现在我才知道，原来保存大蒜这么简单。

01 花椒保存法

这个方法我用了一整年，效果真的绝了！

找个一次性口罩，你家抽屉里肯定还有一堆，剪开一边，装一小把花椒进去，封好口就成了天然防虫包。

把这个花椒包和大蒜一起装进密封袋，挤掉空气，密封好，放厨房角落阴凉的地方就行。

花椒这东西，虫子最讨厌它的味道，闻到就躲得远远的，而且还能吸走大蒜表面的潮气，一举两得啊！

我家用这个方法保存的大蒜，现在掰开还是脆嫩嫩的，一点都没干瘪。

02 食盐加小苏打法

这个更适合已经掰好的蒜瓣，不过记住，千万别弄破蒜皮，那是它的保护膜！

一勺食盐，一勺小苏打，就是平时做点心用的那种，混合后用口罩包起来，做成小干燥包。

和蒜瓣一起放密封罐里，盖好盖子，同样放阴凉通风的地方。

食盐吸湿，小苏打除臭，两个搭配起来，效果比单独用强多了，而且成本超低，家里都有现成的。

小虫子也不敢靠近，闻到这个味道就跑了！

03 编辫子悬挂法

这个是我妈妈从小就用的老方法，特别适合新下来的大蒜。

不要去皮，带着蒜秆，整理干净但不用洗，拂去浮土就行，三三两两编成蒜辫，就像编头发一样。

挂在家里阴凉通风的地方，千万别晒太阳！

这样保存利用空气流通，让大蒜自然风干，水分流失慢，就不会干瘪，蒜皮完整保护着蒜肉，一年都不会坏。

农村老一辈基本都这样做，简单又实用，我小时候经常看我妈编，手巧的还能编得特别好看呢。

不过要提醒大家，不管用哪种方法，每个月都要检查一次，发现有变软发芽的赶紧挑出来，免得传染给其他好的大蒜。

这三个方法我都试过，效果都很棒，你们可以根据自己家的情况选择，再也不用担心大蒜放不住了！
