水果的寒热属性你都知道吗？

众所周知，水果也有偏性、有寒热之分。

阳虚、怕冷的人，再吃寒性水果，相当于用水把体内本就微弱的一团火给扑灭了，越吃身体越虚寒。
反之，热性体质的人多吃热性水果，也会消耗体内的气血。
那么，究竟水果如何分寒热，人们又该如何选择呢？


寒凉水果
寒凉水果主要有香瓜、西瓜、梨、香蕉、奇异果、柿子、荸荠、甜瓜、柚子等。
这些水果能解人体燥热，适宜实热体质的人夏天食用。
这类人群通常代谢旺盛，交感神经占优势，出汗多，经常脸色通红、口干舌燥、易烦躁、容易便秘，夏天特别喜欢吃凉东西。
而对于平素脸色比较苍白、体格瘦小、吃不下饭或是消化系统比较差，肠蠕动慢的人群来说，则不宜食用。如果真的很想吃，可以在午饭后、晚饭前，少吃一点，不可过量。
温热水果
温热水果有荔枝、桃子、龙眼、樱桃、椰子、榴莲、杏子等。
对于虚寒体质的人来说，他们气虚脾虚，基础代谢率低，体内产生的热量少，四肢即便在夏天也是冷的。
相较而言，这类人群的面色比常人白，而且很少口渴，也不喜欢接触凉的东西，包括进空调房间。所以，温热的水果对他们来说无疑是补寒佳品。
但是，对于身体健康且没有偏颇体质的成年人来说，大热天吃太多温热的水果却很容易上火。
而对于热性体质的人，由于本身就精力充沛、晚上不易入眠，再加上代谢率偏高，所以更不能吃温热水果。
另外，正在发烧或某器官正在发炎的孩子也尽量避免食用。
平和性水果
第三种水果属于平和性，这类的水果有葡萄、菠萝、芒果等，不同体质的人都可以吃。
但也要注意不要过量食用。
水果吃太多怎么办？
大家都知道，凡事过犹不及。但是，水果吃超量也不是什么稀罕事。
那么，有没有什么补救方法呢？
热性水果吃多——沆瀣浆
荔枝、樱桃、桂圆等性温的水果吃多了，身体会有明显的上火反应：长口腔溃疡，脸上冒痘痘，舌苔黄腻。
遇到这种情况，可选择给自己煮一碗“沆瀣浆”。这是《山家清供》中记载的小食方，有清火的作用。
材料：甘蔗200克 ，鲜白萝卜150克 ，水适量。
做法：将白萝卜用清水冲洗干净，注意不用去皮，然后把洗净的萝卜切成大块，放入盘中备用。把甘蔗的皮削掉，切成小段，放入盘中备用。将切好的食材同时放入锅里，加足量清水，烧开后，小火熬煮约30分钟。
功效：甘蔗，专门清肠胃热，《本草纲目》说它是“脾之果也，其浆甘寒，能泻火热”。甘蔗、白萝卜都是清火的食材，共煮。
寒性水果吃多——豆蔻熟水
西瓜、甜瓜、黄瓜等瓜类果蔬大多性偏寒凉，刚从冰箱里端出来的水果，也很容易让人中招：吃完就腹泻，腹中寒凉，大便不成形。
这时候可以和古人一样，煮杯“夏日特饮”——豆蔻熟水来喝。
熟水一般是指由各种中药、香草煎泡而成的古代饮料。明朝养生专著《遵生八笺》上记录了十二种熟水，其中包括豆蔻熟水。
材料：豆蔻3克，石菖蒲1.5克，甘草9克。
做法：将豆蔻、石菖蒲稍微捣碎，放入茶壶中，滚开水冲泡。把杯子盖好，稍微等一会儿就可以喝了。若是觉得味道太浓，还可以继续加热水。
功效：豆蔻燥湿健脾，石菖蒲补养心气，甘草保护脾胃。日常饮用，祛脾胃寒湿之气，尤其适合吃寒性水果后。
