吉木萨尔：白皮大蒜播种正当时

    春染大地，农事渐忙。4月8日，在新疆吉木萨尔县泉子街镇广袤的田野间，蒜农们抢抓晴好天气开播白皮大蒜，一粒粒饱满的蒜种随着工人熟练的作业被埋入肥沃的土壤，勾勒出一幅生机勃勃的春耕画卷。

    作为新疆重要的白皮大蒜产区，泉子街镇今年计划种植白皮大蒜1500亩。在太平村百亩大蒜种植基地，工人们往来穿梭，开沟、点种、覆土配合默契。
     今年，种植户黄朝茓计划种植白皮大蒜120多亩。“这两年大蒜行情好，我们吉木萨尔的大蒜也好卖，去年我种了50亩，每亩纯收入4000多元，今年多种一点。”黄朝茓说，“这两天雇了40多个工人，从8号开始，预计两周左右就全部种完了。”
     泉子街镇白皮大蒜以其瓣大皮薄、辣味浓郁的特质享誉疆内外，泉子街镇党委书记闫凯介绍，近年来，泉子镇着力延伸大蒜产业链条，建成大蒜储藏保鲜库，用于储存蒜种和进行大蒜反季节销售，实现大蒜产业节本增效；依托县农业技术部门指导开展大蒜防控技术试验，推广绿色防控技术，亩产稳定在800公斤左右。同时，借助旅游资源优势，泉子街还开发白皮大蒜、黑加仑果酱、海棠果果干等土特产伴手礼发展“后备箱经济”，让大蒜成为群众的富民产业。
     眼下，随着150吨优质蒜种陆续下田，泉子街镇正以特色农业为抓手，在希望的田野上谱写乡村振兴新篇章。预计8月中旬，这片承载着丰收期盼的土地将迎来新蒜采收，届时，带着泥土芬芳的“白珍珠”将沿着丝绸之路走向更广阔的市场。
