“蒜”出好日子
　　——肃州区西洞镇特色种植效益高


　　暖阳洒在肃州区西洞镇的蒜田里，农户弯腰播种的身影与远处的雪山相映成趣，构成了一幅生机勃勃的田园画卷。
　　“趁着年景好，今年咱家又扩种了5亩蒜。”西洞镇罗马村农民宋志忠麻利地将蒜瓣种进土壤，脸上洋溢着期待的笑容。
　　近年来，肃州区西洞镇依托昼夜温差大、日照充足的独特气候，立足资源禀赋，大力发展大蒜连片种植，通过参加农产品展销会、拓展线上销售渠道等方式，努力将农产品推向更广阔的市场。“以前怕滞销不敢种，现在销售渠道和平台越来越多，再也没有后顾之忧了。”西洞村4组村民张建忠说。
　　西洞镇通过大力推广标准化种植，大蒜亩产稳定在1250公斤，加上蒜薹收入，每亩综合收益达8000元至10000元，全镇总收入超千万元。此外，西洞镇还引入绿色防控技术，利用大蒜浸出液防治病虫害，减少农药依赖。“选种、覆膜、水肥一体化，每个环节都有专家指导。”西洞镇农业农村综合服务中心干部张丽萍介绍。
　　在储藏加工方面，西洞镇各村先后建设了恒温冷库，蒜薹、干蒜错峰上市，实现销售价格提升20%。劳务经济发展方面，种植、采收季带动周边500余人务工，日薪150元以上，使得农户增收渠道更加多元化。西洞镇还积极拓展销售市场，依托冷链物流，将大蒜远销青海、四川，并纳入肃州区粤港澳大湾区蔬菜供应基地规划，西洞大蒜品牌越来越受到市场认可。
　　今年，西洞镇预计大蒜种植面积将达到2600亩。西洞镇将加大对“西洞大蒜”品牌的宣传和推广力度，推动大蒜产业拥有更加美好的发展前景。
　　从一粒蒜种到一条完整的产业链，西洞镇用小蒜头撬动了大产业。这里的故事是科技与传统的碰撞，是土地与梦想的交响，是乡村振兴路上最生动的注脚。
